Art Robbins Instruments is pleased to announce the release of the improved Intelli-Plate and the new 3-well Intelli-Plate for protein crystallization. These plates will be available in August 2007.
The Intelli-Plate has been improved to provide better optics and to allow for easier protein crystal harvesting. The size and locations of the wells have been changed slightly to allow for these improvements. Also, the skirt of the plate has been lowered to allow for larger bar code labels. The original Intelli-Plate will be discontinued upon release of the improved plate.
A new 3-well Intelli-Plate is also being introduced. This plate features three 1.0μL reaction wells and a 140μL screen reservoir. Each identical well features a round bottom for easy crystal harvesting.
