Incoatec GmbH offers the newest generation of multilayer optics used in X-ray analytic equipment and synchrotron applications. The newest product line "Incoatec Microfocus Source" – IµS™ combines our latest 2-dim beam shaping optics Quazar™ with the best available sealed-tube microfocus source. Incoatec components and subunits enable scientists to form X-ray beams according to their individual requirements in various applications such as protein crystallography, high-resolution X-ray diffractometry and X-ray fluorescence spectrometry.

Our company activities cover more than just manufacturing optics.
The service we offer plays an important role. For example, we would be pleased to advise you as to which optics are most suitable for your X-ray analytical equipment (simulation). Moreover we carry out measurements in order to determine the shape of the optics and the quality of the coatings. Our optical and X-ray metrology equipment ensures the high quality of our products.

In our CAD-, electronics-, and mechanics-groups we develop and produce in-house solutions for more complex customer requests. For example, we adapt our new microfocus source to nearly all kind of lab instruments.

Nowadays the options for better X-ray Analytics are endless. We are ready to support you with our special knowledge in simulation, production, characterization and last but not least customized adaptations.

Our products have been used for many years with great success in the X-ray analytical equipment of companies such as Bruker AXS and at synchrotron sources such as Hasylab, ALS, SLS and CLS.
